If you're here, I’m guessing you want to know a bit more than just the basics. This isn’t your average two-liner bio — but if you’ve got a minute, I think you’ll get a pretty good sense of the person behind the pixels: who I am, what I love, and how I work. Fun fact: I once wanted to be a dancer… now? Well, you’ll have to keep reading to find out.
I’m Nicole — part creative, part strategist, and fully into making things that look good and make sense.
I’ve always loved telling stories — first through words (hello journalism degree), then through design, and now across social media.
These days, I work as a visual designer and social media specialist (yep, Meta-certified and proud!), blending eye-catching content with smart strategies that help brands actually grow and connect with people.
I’ve worked across different industries — from hospitality and wine sales to PR and digital marketing — and that mix has shaped how I approach design: with empathy, clarity, and a strong service mindset. Whether it’s a scroll-stopping Instagram post or a clean, intuitive interface, I’m all about crafting experiences that feel natural and engaging.
Right now, I’m sharpening my skills in typography, visual design, and GIS (because maps are cool and powerful). I’m also big on balancing structure and spontaneity — both in life and in design.
I’m really into photography, too, so when a project needs original visuals, I’m usually the one behind the camera. There’s something satisfying about keeping the whole creative process in sync from start to finish.
Design-wise, I’m confident in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and slowly but surely becoming that person who can also navigate Premiere Pro, After Effects, and XD without breaking into a sweat (as a kid I wanted to be a dancer — now I’m aiming to be a full-on Adobe wizard ✨).
UX is a big part of what I do — and honestly, I love it. There’s something super rewarding about turning chaos into clarity and making things actually work for people. I’m all about smooth flows, no confusion, and that little “ohhh this makes sense” moment. And yes, Figma and I? Besties. I use it to sketch, build, test, and play around until everything clicks — for the user and the team.
I care a lot about working efficiently and creatively, which is why I’ve recently become a bit of an AI nerd. I’m always exploring how to use it in smart ways — not just to save time and money, but to actually boost the quality of the work.
Basically, I’m all about bringing good ideas to life in a way that feels thoughtful, useful, and — hopefully — a little bit beautiful.
Just get in touch and tell me what you’re after — I’ll turn it into something real, and maybe even surprise you a little.
